**Article XV, Section 4 (a) of the CFA Constitution reads: "Cruel or inhumane treatment in the breeding, keeping, showing, or otherwise dealing with felines. And section 4 (g) reads: "Any act or conduct seriously and patently detrimental to the best interest and welfare of the cat or the Cat Fanciers’ Association."
