First off, she has to be incredibly ignorant not to know that FIP would never last for 6 years in a cattery, that is if it did come from outside her cattery and she has no way of knowing that. I have been breeding for 40 years and had my share of FIP kittens, always heartbreaking, but it passes and you may not have one again for many many years, at least one time 20 years passed before I saw another case. It happens to everyone who breeds cats, it is just one of the hazards of this species. If this happened in my country we would all gang up on her to let her know that she is wrong and completely out of line. I went back and forth and read everything on both of these sites, it took me two weeks, but there is no mistaking that this is just a very mean spirited person with nothing good to say or do. It is a shame that she is so ugly, and I do not mean just on the outside, I saw her picture, I am talking about what grows inside. I am wondering how she would like to be attacked so viciously for every small mistake she ever made, or every heartbreak her cats caused. But then people like her have no conscience so it just rolls of their back. I am terribly sorry for what she has done to you, and I hope everyone realizes that those catteries are not FIP infected just because she says so, what a terrible thing to do to all those people just for her own satisfaction, shows exactly what kind of person she is. However, I do know that the quality of your cats speaks more than what
anybody has to say in a negative way. I named my girl Dreamer, and I call
her Moose... she's gorgeous, I'd definitely recommend you to others, and
when looking for cats, I know I want the *quality* over anything.
I think you have a real shot if you started up again,
and if there are others out there like me who have cats that they are
happy with, your name could easily be repaired!
I know for my second girl I searched long and hard to
find her.. and it wasn't easy. There are very few people with high quality
pointed cats out there!

a lobbyist and an attorney he went to law school with. If he cannot
answer something he would know who could. This may take me a couple days
because I know he has been in court this week.
Something tells me that since she owns the site and is also guilty of posting trash about you on other sites (and now this breeder) this disclaimer would not apply. Usually you place a disclaimer if the views posted are not shared by you, or you are not affiliated with the people posting. This has been proven to not be the case. She has violated every rule of good cat breeding!
Now that I have your attention, I’d like to tell you about a woman named
Rosemarie Zizzo. Mrs. Zizzo operates a website called Beware (recently
changed from “Bad”) Pedigree Cat Breeders Info, located at the following
url: www.b-pcb.info. On this site Mrs. Zizzo names people she believes
violate the rules she has set forth for reputable breeding of pedigreed
cats. These rules include what breeders should charge for their cats,
conditions the cats should be housed in, how buyers should be treated by
breeders, general breeder ethics, and even the kind of contract cat buyers
should sign. You may find them listed on her site.
Unfortunately, Mrs. Zizzo fails to inform readers to her site that she has personally violated each and every rule of good cat breeding posted on her own web page. She lies and deceives her own readers by claiming she operates a “non-profit, ‘watchdog’, charitable, legal corporation, registered and copyrighted, to benefit the public at large, an advocate for all buyers of pedigreed cats worldwide.” Mrs. Zizzo also makes the statement that her site is a free public service, and claims b-pcb.info is similar to non profit corporations such as Consumer Affairs, Consumer Protection, and the Better Business Bureau. That is an interesting comparison. None of the aforementioned organizations charge a fee for their services. Mrs. Zizzo does. Here’s a brief overview of her fee schedule: MAKE AN OPPOSED COMMENT: $1.25 FILE A COMPLAINT: $5.86 RESPOND TO COMPLAINT: $5.86 RESOLVE COMPLAINT: $5.86 RENEW COMPLAINT: $5.86 BOYCOTT PACKAGE: $59.94 REMOVE COMPLAINT COMPLETELY: $100.00 Mrs. Zizzo claims that these fees are used solely to pay for site hosting, and that she does not keep one cent from fees collected. Which raises a very good question. If a breeder pays $105.86 to resolve and remove completely a complaint that has been filed against them by Rosemarie Zizzo, who keeps the money? Seven of the 36 ‘official complaints’ on her site were filed with Mrs. Zizzo’s organization by Mrs. Zizzo herself. In addition, every one of the 33 catteries listed on the “FIP Breeder’s List” was put there by Mrs. Zizzo simply because those breeders own cats bred by a woman whom Mrs. Zizzo has been conducting a vendetta against for in excess of four years. If each of those catteries submitted proof to satisfy Mrs. Zizzo and paid the fees she demands, that would put an awfully nice chunk of change in her pocket. Mrs. Zizzo claims to be able to resolve complaints between buyers of pedigreed cats and their breeders. Unfortunately, she cannot. Mrs. Zizzo has no authority from any registry of pedigreed cats to resolve complaints. In fact, the world’s largest registry of pedigreed cats, The Cat Fanciers’ Association, has permanently suspended Mrs. Zizzo’s rights to register and show cats under their auspices due to her harassment of other CFA breeders. Current health vet check to make sure she is 100% healthy and in breeding condition 1 day before she meets the stud. Paperwork must come with female while left. Zizzo, and like owing lots of money to people you abuse. One can only liken
her to a spoiled second grader throwing a temper tantrum, and calling people

swindler etc. And she apparently learned nothing by losing the case for her bad behavior because she is still at it. Why is there nothing on her website about losing the lawsuit? Because it doesn't feed her need to destroy others. Only name calling of Laurie Reynolds who has done nothing to Ms. Zizzo yet has been attacked by her and called names, and Ms. Zizzo is trying to show how powerful she is by telling people NOT to by from this backyard breeder, something she is herself and has been for many many years. She also chides Laurie for being a no name cattery. Weren't you a no name cattery for how many years? some 25? And aren't you one now? Since you are not allowed by any registry to have privileges? Keep it up Ms. Zizzo and you will continue to be pulled into court for case after case. Everyone is sick and tired of your tantrums, grow up you are a 50 something woman not a child, try acting like one, even though you look like a 70 something hag. All those threats she made about what she was taking to court, what happened Ms. Zizzo? Cat got your tongue? A lot of people thought this would teach you a lesson. It did not. A sociopath is only interested in what makes her happy and cares not a fig for anyone else, evidenced by her attack on Laurie. Although she yells and screams foul because she thought someone called animal control on her (when they didn't) this is what she does to every breeder whose name she comes across. Is this fair you ask? Nothing about Zizzo is fair, caring, concerned or anything other than SELF-centered, SELFish and SELF-serving. Possibly, SELF-loathing. Keep it up Ms. Zizzo, more lawsuits are coming. And remember, if you do keep it up, you will be found in contempt of court, and put in jail. Too, there is still Honey Walker's million dollar lawsuit coming out of New York. Only a few days left to answer that one and then you lose by default! There are two more small claim lawsuits, and then another biggie out of another state. Get ready Ms. Zizzo, we are going to ruin your credit the way you ruined our lives, and if you don't pay, or lie to the court you will be in contempt and you will go to jail. kittens absolutely does NOT use FIP breeding stock, nor has there ever been
a case of FIP in this cattery. This claim is ridiculous on its face. A cat with FIP disease could not survive the stress of having babies. Ask any vet. 99% of all cats that die because of the FIP disease, do so within the first year. It is brought on by stress, which can occur with over populated catteries, lack of air flow and dirty conditions. I´ve seen Meow House cattery and it´s small, very clean with happy healthy cats. If this Rose Marie was interested in the truth, she´d understand that a 30 year old cattery would die out if it were using ´FIP stock.´ But since there is no such thing as FIP stock, then that point is moot. It's a shame that such unsubstantiated and untrue lies can be paraded around as ´facts.´ It appears she merely is interested in revenge and hatred, rather than really caring about cats´ health. |

She wanted to have a negative corona cattery. She spent so much time and money on her endeavor. thief...the 7b Elisa test is known for not having any value in testing for
FIP, no one uses it anymore and look at what they charge....$130.00, OMG

$150.00...and then a chem panel...(on which all of these tests are already

Hello again I have gone over all of the information you sent me since I first contacted you. I believe you are dealing with a person with a severe anti-social personality disorder with sociopathic tendencies. I hope you know that every time you respond or contact her you are just feeding the fire so to speak. She thrives on your responses. There is no way to refocus these people, medication in most instances does not help, therapy, well they do not think they need it and are not receptive, confining them to a jail cell only serves to narrow their focus. It is a well known fact that these types, stalkers who perceive they have been wronged, continue to stalk and harass their victims even from jail. It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Document the abuse, keep the authorities advised of her escalating tirades and do not respond. These kinds of cases typically have a long history of this type of behavior, usually stemming from some trauma in their childhood. These types are usually very isolated, have minimal education, and limited intelligence or low IQ. It is also highly possible that this person has some history of drug or alcohol abuse. You are right in thinking her maturity stops at around age 8, probably the time of some trauma as mentioned earlier, and that her "computer" gives a false sense of power. Most people will recognize almost immediately that there is a problem with her, Those who do turn to her for help probably have some minor form of the same disorder and I assume she will stalk and harass them as well since this would be her only contact with the outside world. This is an interesting case simply for the sheer volume of abuse dished out by this individual and I will continue to follow it. |

I spent a Saturday afternoon
several months ago, reading the wacko's web sites. Where does this
nutcase live? You should be able to get soem sort of restraining order
against her and have her arrested if she continues. Maybe if she's hauled
off to jail a few times, she will go away. I'll do some research on
cybercrime. There are some avenues that you may not visited yet. You
could also go after her internet provider for allowing such malicious
activity to be generated from their servers. If she gets banned from most
of the providers, she will have no internet access. I know it's been
nerve wracking for you but the best way to defeat her is with a
systemized, very-legal method of shutting her off at all points. If she
has no audience, she will have to pursue her stupidity elsewhere.
When I saw XXXXX's cattery
name on one of her websites, I e-mailed hxxx and asked him if xxxx know
about it. XXXX said XXXX had been contacted by her and she told hxxx that
if xxxx spayed Lollimops XXXXXXX (my black sire's mother), she would take
him off the list. This is plain and simple extortion.
I will do what I can to help
you with a game plan. It will take a lot of work, but I can show you all
the ins and outs of dealing with ISPs (internet service providers) and
their abuse units (which are compelled by law to respond to your
complaints). We will be playing her game in reverse, although legally and
with the truth.

I sold a lot of kittens during that time and never a problem, in 10 years! Only two kittens died during that time, one of cancer and I can't remember now the other but that is it. We must assume that her "source" for this lie would be Daisy Addison, the biggest gossip in CFA, and there are some big ones. Daisy cares nothing for getting the facts straight, nor does RMZ. Fortunately this kind of thing will wind up getting RMZ in court again, and possibly Daisy. OH and we have never seen anyone get RMZ to reverse something so fast on the bpcb bulls**t site as Cozy Kittens. We all know that everyone has "skeletons" in the closet and pretty much everyone knows the "Cozy Kittens" story.. I can only assume there also, that money was thrown at RMZ, since nothing else has ever worked, and that is what RMZ wants and what ripoff revenge tells her will happen if she slanders and libels enough! got news for her. Some of those judges are my friends too. Some of them

How are you? I have heard about you through XXXXXXXX of XXXXXX Sadly,
XXXXXX and I over a year ago were on bad terms and I got tangled up in
Zizzo's lies. I was under the impression that she was some kind of
defender for the public!?? So not true. Our arguments were of course
before I knew XXXXXXXX personally.
But XXXXXXX and I are now good friends and
talk often, actually she mentors me with the cats. She told me you won
your court case against Zizzo, Kudo's for you!!!!
Like I said, sadly I got tangled up in her
web. But I know now that XXXXXXXX is a good breeder and loves her cats
very much. I am sure you love your cats also. And just for the record,
everyone that knows of Zizzo's antics believes nothing she says. Your
cat's look beautiful, hardly look (infected) to me. I am glad that you
took a stand against her. I had trouble with her also, email after email
after email, it was unrelenting!!!! I don't see how you stood it all this
time.
That's terrible. I never really paid much attention to what she said about you on her site. To tell you the truth, to the general public, it just sounds like she didn't take care of a kitten that she purchased from you, it became sick, and she wanted you to refund her the money, and when you didn't she became irate, obviously. The extremes are just ridiculous. But I never noticed the postings about you on the internet, they are everywhere! When I pulled up the site you gave me, there was list after list of (Melanie Lowry or Bad Cat or Corrupt Breeder). That is just terrible. So since you won your court case shouldn't all that crap have to come down?? |

had no idea that it went so deep, and was so purely evil. I know that you
have said she is a Christian but my dear darkness cannot dwell in the Light,
if you know Jesus then this kind of thing cannot be in your heart. Jesus
