Honey Walker of Mi Cattery in New York

It appears Ms. Walker has also had enough of zizzo. Honey has filed suit in NY against both her complainant and zizzo. Zizzo/b-pcb.inf has refused to co-operate with Honey on several levels.

Honey lives in high society and breeds as a hobby. She lives a low key life and does not like her name and address plastered all over the internet. Zizzo has picked on the wrong target this time as Honey could care less about the ramblings of someone so inconsequential as zizzo and her b-pcb.info.

 But, she is totally pissed about the infringement on her privacy. Ironically enough, she can afford to put this matter to sleep, zizzo has met her match. Honey says, "Zizzo with her trailer and me with my million dollar mansion!" She has hired a "big guns" attorney and is willing to do whatever it takes to put zizzo out of business.

   First Honey was in California on an urgent family matter when her complaint was filed by Ms. Soloman, and zizzo contacted her. She replied to zizzo advising her that the complaint was unfounded.  All of Honey's cats are examined by a vet and inoculated against Herpes by her vet prior to sale.  Honey further advised her that upon her return to New York she would provide the necessary documentation. No such luck, zizzo never listens or learns or has any sense of right and wrong, nor can she put 2 and 2 together in order to get 4. She immediately posted the complaint about Honey and up went the garbage.

     Let us be very clear here that Ms. Soloman's complaint is about her 12 year old Balinese cat. Honey breeds ONLY Siamese. So this cat did not come from Honey's cattery. The cat listed on the "22 pages" of vet bills posted on zizzo's site are for a Balinese cat, not the kitten Ms. Soloman got from Honey.

     New York state law does not allow for the damages Ms. Soloman is asking for. NY state law says the seller is responsible only up to the purchase price of the cat.  At no point in time did Ms. Solomon advise Honey that the kitten was sick.  Honey has several e-mails and a photo showing the cats together.  No vet bills were provided until the letter from Honeys' attorney was received.  Then the bills provided were not for the kitten from Honey but for a 12 year Balinese. So Ms. Soloman whose husband is a judge, is just reeking havoc with the justice system and seems to think she has special privileges because of her husband, so thinks she can get away with her mud slinging. And this is not even about the cat she got from Honey!

If zizzo had a brain cell in her head, we used to think she had two that she could rub together and get some semblance of intelligence with the friction, she would have known immediately that this was not Honey's responsibility. She also should have checked out NY law, and should have had an idea of what it contained since she is from that state!

   BUT zizzo is so desperate for fodder for her website she does not care a fig whether or not a complaint has merit, makes any sense or has any validity to it all, or most of all is truthful!

 Zizzo's lack of education is apparent all over this mess. She is failing to respond to an attorney's letter, and or threat of a lawsuit. Stand by your idiocy zizzo. It will get you a court date in NY!

   But as soon as zizzo received a letter from Honey's attorney, she upped the price of removing a complaint from $25.00 to $100.00 hoping to be able to glean some extra money in her blackmail scheme. Thus joining Ms. Soloman in her's
