I brought this lawsuit as a final attempt to try hold Mz.
Zizzo accountable for her actions and to try to stop her vicious attacks on me,
my friends, other cat breeders she thinks are my friends, and breeders she
searched online and found my cats in their pedigrees. She has wantonly with
malice and forethought, constantly harassed, stalked, defamed, belittled,
extorted and threatened to “ruin people around the world” mostly because of me.
I am going to try to give you a list of all of the things
she has done to me. There is so much that I may miss some things as this has
been going on for almost 5 years, it never stops and is always escalating. I am
hoping that you can ORDER her to stop. Please! She has ruined a lot of lives and
businesses. I brought this lawsuit when she started going after others in my
name. She accuses everyone of knowing me, thus having my cats whether they do or
not, she has attacked people I do not know telling them to have a nice day she
is going to destroy them around the world. She even goes after people who just
put ads in the Pennysaver in my local area and accuses them of knowing me, having
my cats and of having sick and dying, FIP infected cats, and lists them on her
website as such. She claimed the ones in the Pennysaver to be “bad cat breeders”
after calling them posing as a kitten buyer to glean all of their info, address,
number of cats, etc and then posted them on her website, claiming they knew me,
had my cats and sent animal control to their homes, in one instance causing a
very elderly woman to almost have a stroke and be rushed to the hospital. In
most cases I did not know any of these people but soon became good friends with
all of them.
- Animal control-making false complaints, she has called
them on me and others numerous times, without any personal knowledge of any
violations, claiming these breeders have “sick and dying cats and wall to wall
feces” wasting funds that should be used to care for the animals. This is one
of her favorite tools, and she abuses it on a daily basis, across the nation
and around the world, causing us to have to allow them access to our homes as
they march thru like the Gestapo looking for even the smallest infraction.
- code enforcement—limits the number of cats you can have,
caused me to lose my home, although I had checked with them when I moved in,
the law had changed and I did not know it. They got very concerned about her
when their report ended up on her website before I had even received it.
Caused my landlord problems too.
- The Cat Fanciers Ass Inc—numerous unfounded complaints
to them about me and others, and also makes defamatory statements about them
as well now that she has been permanently suspended for her actions and in
spite of this still advertises her kittens as CFA registered, promising papers
she cannot provide
- Attorney General—numerous unfounded complaints in Ca and
all the other states she has gone after breeders in
- Better Business Bureau—we are on a first name basis for
her many unfounded complaints about me, as well as others
- Franchise Tax Board—she turned us all in, unbeknown to
most of us hobby breeders, we owed sales tax and this became a nightmare for
most of us while we tried to clear it up, although she never paid sales tax on
the sales of her kittens. Yes she was a breeder, who had ringworm in her
cattery and personally told me she just let her kittens die if they became
sick
- Social Security/Disability—something she is on herself,
and reported others that she knew received it, claiming they had made hundreds
of thousands of dollars selling kittens, we wish, and claiming they had been
doing this for 30 years or more, causing them to lose their income for years
while they fight to try to prove it wrong, resulting in lost homes etc.
- personal information posted—she posted our names,
addresses, unlisted phone numbers, property tax information, and maps to our
homes, most of us live alone
- letters to my neighbors—she even wrote to my neighbors,
telling them that I am a kitten mill and to turn me in
- letters to local vets—asking them to report any sick
kittens that came from here, to her so she could go after me
- letters and calls to the Humane Society—they were very
upset with her since she kept calling during the big fires while they were
trying to rescue animals that were losing their homes
- cat club “The Atlantic Himalayan Club”—harassed them
until I decided to resign in order to get it stopped
- LiveDeal.com & chocolatecats.com—live deal had to redo
their website and remove their feedback portion due to her constant harassment
of anyone that put up an add for Himalayans or Persian kittens, including
mine. She would post nasty feedback, so that anyone reading the ad would see
it and of course not contact the advertiser. She was warned many times by them
to stop, but continued on in spite of the warnings, so they had to redo the
site and remove that portion, The same with chocolatcats.com, she so viscously
went after them and anyone that posted an ad, that they had to remove that
portion in which you were allowed to post the ad yourself, now you have to
send your ad content to them and they review it, approve and post it. But that
does not stop her harassment of advertisers. She also demanded they remove a
“spotlight” article on my cattery and when they didn’t, she waged her war on
them.
- website guest books—most cat websites had a guestbook,
but she abused that privilege as well, posting a cut and paste job of all her
complaints about me in every guest book she could find, over and over and
over, until the books had to be removed. She especially attacked my one
friend’s Christian e-card website, and when Ann kept removing her posts, Mz.
Zizzo reported her to the guestbook hosting company and her guestbook of many
years, was removed. Ann had to fight to get it back.
- She has even posted personal phone conversations on her
website between me and friends, or sometimes even kitten buyers, I have no
idea how she got this info, but had the phone company check to see if my phone
was bugged.
- making websites in my cattery name—she bought domains (3
different times) using my cattery name to put up defamatory websites about me,
my friends, etc. She stole my pictures, articles I had written, my graphics
and claimed they were all hers to use since they were on the www ignoring the
copyright laws she herself invokes to the fullest, and made a mirror image of
my site but with her nasty stuff. She also stole a professionally commissioned
graphic from The Atlantic Himalayan Club and put another website up using my
cattery name, listed it all over the internet on cats sites used for breeders
to show case their catteries as her own, using a made up name, claiming she
would steal all of my business for herself.
- my ads—she constantly searches the internet for any ads
I have placed to sell my kittens, then writes to them and tells them horrible
things about me, when she manages to get the ad down, I get a gloating email
telling me about it. She types my phone number into google every day to find
what I am doing, like a stalker and then goes after my ads and those of my
friends, or anyone she decides knows me, or whom she thinks may have my cats.
- emails—I have hundreds of emails from her, threatening
me with mobsters she claims are her friends, telling me she hopes I die,
become homeless, cannot ever sell my kittens, calls me names, gloats over what
she has done, demanding to be paid to stop the harassment, threatening it will
never stop, that she will ruin me and any one who has my cats for ever around
the world on the www
- her daily news page—where she constantly called me names
and posted nasty made up things about me, including that I had been arrested,
put in jail and all of my cats confiscated. She even called CFA (The Cat
Fancier’s Ass. Inc, the cat registry) and told them. I found out when they
called me and said, oh, so you are not in jail? I found out she was constantly
calling the city to find out if I had any complaints because I have friends
that work there.
- her attacks on me for Debbie Mitchell, a breeder in my
city, that I knew only in name until she called me for help, zizzo blamed me
for her being arrested on animal abuse charges. She even drove over two hours
to this court house to search the files and get the report, then put it up
about me.
- her FIP page—where she claims breeders that have my cats
have FIP in their catteries and not to buy from them, she has posted this all
over the internet as well in hundreds of places. She has just arbitrarily
decided they have this disease without any proof or complaint, and names them
as such ruining their reputations.
- name calling—most of her website is just name calling
like a small child would do, seething snake, stoney dead heart, mary sissy
fraidy cat, among others, claims I do not have a “formal education” what ever
that is in her mind
- phone message—threatening to report me to CFA, animal
control, the BBB, code enforcement, the police
- complaint sites--hundreds of complaints on other sites
that do not monitor content, Google search engine has ten pages in my cattery
name, and another ten pages of her complaints in my personal name.
- put up an FIP infected catteries page and listed all the
catteries she found online with my cats in their pedigrees, had no information
that they had sick cats, no one complained about any of those catteries, she
just did it to get back at me and refuses to remove it. Then posted that page
and her diatribe, everywhere she could find to do so.
- extortion—her constant demands to be paid to stop the
harassment
- trademark status—lying about being trademarked and uses
the TM symbol despite being warned she does not have the right
- corporate status—lied to this very court about her
corporate name change,
- copyright infringement—three different times she wrote
to my website host claiming copyright infringement, getting my website down
while I proved she was not telling the truth, just one more way she harasses,
and even got my first website of 10 years removed forever because they did not
investigate, just removed it. All content on my website was totally mine and
original. I would not ever want anything she has written or posted.
- hacked my website and email—emailed several people from
my email account address book, sending them all her terrible stuff about me
- Homeland Security—turned me in to Homeland Security when
I wrote to her and asked her stop, she perceived it as a threat to National
Security
- consumer affairs—claims to be similar to the BBB,
consumer Affairs, Consumer Protection, the Humane Society, when nothing could
be further from the truth, thus deceiving the public
- her attack on Laurie Reynolds—after Laurie served her
with court papers for listing her on that website when she didn’t even know
me, put up a very nasty letter on her website telling people not to buy from
Laurie and sent it to Laurie’s home, claiming she was a kitten mill and had
sick cats, called her a seething snake. She also attacked Laurie physically in
court, twisting her arm, digging in her nails and kicking her.
- her attacks on my kitten buyers—placing their names on
her website as having bought sick cats
- her attacks on all these people/breeders because of me;

This constant attack has threatened my health, affected my
family, my friends, cat breeders I do not even know, who turn to me in shock and
horror when she starts to wage her attack on them. Most are completely stunned
and overwhelmed buy the viciousness of the attacks. Most have never had anything
like this happen to them before and want to know how to get it stopped. When I
advise that there has been no way to date to get it stopped, they decide to join
the fight and now most across the nation and around the world are filing
lawsuits. Mz. Zizzo’s response to these lawsuits, a legal disclaimer saying she
is not responsible for the content of her website. However, she is the builder
of the website and the only one allowed to post there. Whether the complaint is
written by her, and all of them are that are about me and my friends or
catteries that have my cats, or someone else, she puts them up, she alone posts
them. She is the one posting them all over the www on other complaint sites as
well. She is the sole person behind all of this mayhem; please help us hold her
accountable.
My father passed away last year, I believe as does the rest
of family, that this helped to push him over the edge.
